Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the VP Property Administration, the Real Estate Project Manager is responsible for managing the Real Estate relationship with the Retail Business and consistently and clearly communicating program and property strategy updates. Responsible for project management (planning, design, funding, and execution) of all real estate branch programs and projects in an assigned region. The position requires a solid understanding of leasing processes, corporate workplace space standards, corporate office design related to agile work environments, project management, relocation management and construction
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years practical experience in the Real Estate and/or Property Management, Building Operations or Construction fields. Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel. PMP Certification preferred. Proven experience in Lease Administration including lease negotiations. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize work, flexibility and the ability to maintain confidentiality is required. Strong organizational skills and attention to details a must. Able to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to exercise independent, mature judgment, self motivated with initiative. Must be able to present a professional attitude and appearance in day-to-day activities. Must be able to see, hear, type repetitive keystrokes and speak and understand English. Must be able to lift 30 pounds and sit or stand for extended periods of time. Must possess a valid Florida Drivers License.
