Full Job Description
We are hiring a Project Manager to run our production-style residential redevelopment projects.
We are looking for somebody who loves a fast-paced environment and can handle the details. Please read this entire job description in its entirety before applying.

Compensation:$60,000
Responsibilities:
Project Management
- All supervision needed for construction of each project from the bid, to onset and up to and after closing
- Establish and maintain a schedule
- Complete homes at or below budget and at or above acceptable quality standards that will allow them to be marketable and sold quickly
Estimating and Project Bidding
- Walking prospect homes and establishing budget and scope of work
- Manage costs associated with each phase of construction
Billing and Costing of Projects
- Establish costs associated with each project
- Code, manage and approve bills for each project
Subcontractor Management
- Hiring of Subcontractors
- Management of needed tax and insurance documents
Supervising Property Management
- Review rent rolls, delinquency reports, vacancy reports and analysis/administer rental increases as the market allows
- Ensure timely vacancy turnaround
Qualifications:
- Skilled in problem-solving and critical thinking
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay highly organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to speak the language of contractors
- 1+ year(s) of Project Management experience is preferred
- Proficient in basic computer skills, such as e-mail, word processing, and spreadsheet preparation
