Description
A real estate management firm is looking for a professional to manage a 1M square foot portfolio primarily consisting of industrial buildings. The right person for this job will be a licensed real estate professional and have a solid understanding of commercial property management, ROI, and be conversant in budgeting, re-forecasting, variance reporting and CAM Reconciliations. $70-80k base plus bonus potential of 15%
Requirements:
Minimum of one to five years experience in real estate management
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Ability to multi-task in different aspects of property management, including construction management, leasing and accounting
Self-motivated with good leadership skills and ability to interact with various personalities
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
