Real Estate Property Analyst/Transaction Coordinator – Bay Capital Holdings (Tampa)

Here at Bay Capital Holdings we are looking to hire for a vital role in our company! Do you LOVE crunching numbers and analyzing objective and subjective data? Do you know how to analyze deals, run comps, identify trends and read market data? We are looking for someone with at least 1-3 yrs of experience in Real Estate, specifically running comps. Essential requirements for this position:

1. Highly self-disciplined to get the job done. The more you put in, the more you’ll get – we want someone with a tenacious attitude to get the job done no matter what.
2. Highly analytical and precise. Your job matters tremendously to the bottom line. Doing the research and providing it to the sales team and owners is extremely important.
3. Great communication skills. You will need to communicate internally with sales reps and externally with vendors to ensure deals progress and close.

The position duties include but are not limited to:

• Analyzing data to identify top investment markets, price points, accurate valuations, and trends
• Evaluating properties from a variety of different lead sources using sold comparables of similar homes in the area based on data from the MLS and public record
• Researching and performing due diligence on residential properties (including comps, estimating repairs, market analysis, etc.)
• ​Determining rehab estimates, ARV, MAO
• Performing deal analysis to run the numbers based on variable exit strategies
• Understanding our deal process flow and updating our CRM (Podio)
• Communicating information with sellers, inspectors, title companies, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets is a must
• Ability to work off multiple screens preferred

We focus on finding wholesale deals from motivated seller leads from a wide variety of hot sources, which will be fed to you to work your magic as a highly effective person to help us get these properties under contract at the RIGHT price.

We have a generous compensation structure, with bonus incentives when company goals are met. We target closing a minimum of 10 deals per month, and we do all of the lead generation to ensure that the deals that cross your desk can convert and increase your monthly income.
