Responsible for general receptionist duties and closing assistance for busy title company including:
-Frontline phone duties and greeting customers to the office
-Taking escrow deposits
-Managing supplies and equipment support
-Scheduling closings
-Open new files in closing software, data entry
-Assist with various tasks as needed supporting closing team members
-General office administration/projects as needed
Requirements:
-Effective oral and written communication skills
-Customer Service focused
-Cheerful with a problem solving approach
-Organized with a focus on detail including spelling and grammar
-Proficient in MS office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
-Experience in Closer’s Choice software a plus
