Real Estate Recruiter – RealVest Florida, LLC (Tampa)

We are currently seeking a Real Estate Recruiter to recruit, train and retain agents in our Tampa office! Must be able to work out of this office, this is not a remote position.

REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!!!

Real Estate Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Recruits and retains quality producing agents
• Creates and/or organizes training sessions with agents
• Assists in setting the annual goals for the agency and develops agent strategies to achieve those goals
• Supervises and trains (or oversees training) of all Real Estate Sales Associates
• Collaborates with the Office Manager on policies and procedures and ensures all Agents are adhering to them
• Communicates with advertising agencies on marketing properties and projects using different medial outlets

Real Estate Recruiter Qualifications:

• Active Florida Real Estate License
• Full knowledge of Real Estate business
• Proven record of lead generation
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work autonomously and self effectively
• Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
• Trustworthy and results-driven
