Real Estate Research Analyst / Title Research Analyst – Florida – WORK FROM HOME/REMOTELY!!! Bonus potential, benefits & PTO

Do you have years of real estate closing and/or title research experience in the State of Florida but are tired of doing the same thing and want more control over your calendar and have the opportunity to work remotely from your home office? Are you naturally organized and detailed oriented and enjoy solving problems? If the above sounds like you, then our client, a well-established claims management company located in Roswell, GA has a newly created position of Real Estate Research Analyst / Title Research Analyst – Florida that could be a great fit for you. Our client has a very big presence in the State of Florida and they are seeking a qualified candidate that currently resides in Florida to work remotely to perform these duties. Our client has identified millions of dollars worth of unclaimed property and the key to this position is to apply your knowledge of real estate to successfully manage the claims process. You will also help the client build a “knowledge database” and define processes and procedures. There is also plenty of room for advancement combined with the flexibility to set your own schedule and work remotely from your home office.

Specific duties for the Real Estate Research Analyst / Title Research Analyst – Florida include:

  • Build a “claims management” checklist for each claim and understand the exact steps needed in order to manage all open items to have the claim approved and paid.
  • Provide outstanding Customer Service to claimants, internal resources as well as local government agencies.
  • Utilize and enhance the existing “knowledge database” for how to process real estate claims in various jurisdictions.
  • Utilize MS Office and industry-specific software to process information.

Requirements for the Real Estate Research Analyst / Title Research Analyst – Florida position:

  • 2+ years of experience working in the real estate industry with a strong preference for candidates with experience as a paralegal, mortgage/loan processor, administrative assistant with closing document experience, or real estate title research.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with people.
  • Must be very detail oriented and organized. It is critical that this individual be “self-motivated” and be able to work autonomously.
  • A college degree is highly preferred but not required.
