- The Real Estate Intern will primary be responsible for assisting the Research Analyst in collecting, tracking, and inputting imperative information pertaining to the sellers and buyers the salesmen will contact. This position will work closely with both the Research Assistant and Research Analyst, providing unique exposure to commercial real estate in the self-storage industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Closely track, record, and update data on national self-storage owners
- Utilize ReThink to help manage and updates records and ownership structure
- Conduct market research and several specialty projects
- Work closely with the Research Assistant and report to the Research Analyst and CEO
Job Requirements:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in either accounting, finance, real estate, or another related field and has a strong academic performance
- Passionate about working in the commercial real estate industry
- Very adaptable with a strong work ethic
- Advanced excel skills preferred
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to work both independently and as part of a team
- Punctual in meeting deadlines and reaching weekly metrics
- High-level analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
