The Tampa Bay Home Team at Keller Williams Realty is looking for a highly organized, go-getter for the role of Part-Time Runner. You will help the TBHT Agent and Admin teams with client deliveries and other operations of the buying and selling process. You will be out and about in our community and should be maintaining the TBHT culture and 5-Star Service for our current and future clients. You should enjoy driving and have a clean driving record – no accidents or tickets within the last 3 years.

- Excellent organization and a go-getter attitude
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to follow a task list and to follow up on additional needs of the team
- Excellent communication skills – both within the team and with clients
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering Seller Packages
- Install/Remove/Weekly Check For Sale signs for listings
- Install/Remove lock boxes and for listings
- Run daily misc errands for the office
- Install/Remove “Buyer Sold Signs” and “Team Appreciation Signs”
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 – $12.00 per hour
