We have teams in Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa and Ft. Lauderdale.
Compensation:
$80,000+
Responsibilities:
- We’re looking for leaders who will become Location Leaders for their markets and eventually Regional Directors overseeing Location Leaders.
- We are also looking for driven agents who want to leverage a team for the tools and mega agent tools to grow their businesses to a higher level.
- These can be people who are new to the business and are generally already helping 1-5 customers close on real estate every month.
- We have streamlined the back end administrative marketing, green sheet processing, training, coaching, reporting, and mass lead generation.
If you have read the MREA model, and follow it, we propel agents from level 1, 2 and 3 to level 4 overnight. With the right activities and rain maker mentality, our Agent Partners should be able to hire a buyers agent or showing partner within 120 days.
Qualifications:
- Must have helped a minimum of 12 customers in your career
- Must be hungry for knowledge.
- Team must consistently help close 1 customer per month to maintain partnership.
- Must be self accountable, and must remove themselves from our platform if not hitting minimums.
- Our mission is to have each agent who is part of our network helping customers close 36+ transactions per year.
- How do we help you go from 6 to 36? We provide our agents with MREA Level 4 Resources from on-boarding.
Dialer, Robust CRM, Transaction Management Support, Virtual Support, Coaching and Accountability, SOI Touch Campaign, Subdomain Website, Marketing support, Lead Generation, Print Materials and more.
