REQUIREMENTS:

  • Outgoing with excellent people skills – MOTIVATED, INSPIRED AND DRIVEN to make some serious money
  • Must have a real estate license (or the desire to get licensed)
  • Sales skills a plus (but we also offer lots of training)
  • Knowledge of the Tampa Bay Area and neighborhoods (or desire to learn)
  • GOAL DRIVENand TEAM FOCUSED

Please note – a committed, focused, hard working agent in the position can make $100,000+ (after splits; minimal expenses); exceed over $7M in production each year.

Responsibilities:

  • Networking and prospecting, using our proven systems and models
  • Showing properties and working with home buyers
  • Marketing properties and working with home sellers

Qualifications:

  • Be willing and able to obtain a real estate license

(or already licensed)•Have a desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth

  • Have a strong work ethic and desire to be successful
  • Have excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business

Compensation: $100,000+ and incentives
