The Scheduling Team Member is responsible for coordinating the purchase closing appointment to meet buyer/seller expectations. The Scheduling Team Member will be assigning the closing to an Attorney/Closing agent, managing a closing calendar for all scheduled closings and working directly with closing attorneys and clients. Once the signing is complete the Scheduling Team Member will be responsible for making sure the completed package is received by the companies client and the funds are disbursed in a timely fashion.

Possible Team Lead position for someone with an extensive amount of experience. We strive to build trust between staff and customers as well as outstanding service to grow our business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with closing attorney, real estate agent(s)/brokers and clients to establish an appropriate closing date.
  • Confirm the date and time with the buyer(s), seller(s) and their respective agents after the appointment has been set with an approved closing attorney.
  • Coordinate more complex signing appointments when buyer(s) and/or seller(s) are located in more than one location.
  • Monitor and prioritize scheduling to ensure the company’s Service Level commitment to their clients are met.
  • Update the system and notify all parties regarding the appointment completion information provided via fax, phone, or email.
  • Balancing the closing disclosure or HUD-1 Settlement Statements, reviewing funds received and coordinating proper disbursement of closing funds.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Customer service oriented, with the strong drive to meet goals!
  • Excellent product knowledge, client relations, and presentation skills.
  • Strong follow up skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Multi-state closing experience a plus.
  • Thorough knowledge of the real estate process, while interacting with realtors, buyers, sellers, and attorneys.

Required education:

  • High school or equivalent
