JOB DESCRIPTION – Real Estate Seller’s Specialist (FL)

Home Bay is looking for exceptional Florida licensed agents to join our team. We are rapidly expanding and attracting the top real estate agents to continue to grow the brand. Our top agent team representing sellers is looking for talented listing agents. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging new sellers and leading them throughout the process of selling their property.

Unlike traditional real estate, you will not need to source your own leads. Home Bay’s innovative technology platform will do this for you. We help customers close properties without ever meeting the buyer or seller in person. Your job is to help them sell their next home.

We’re located in San Diego, but this is a remote position based in Florida. Our Real Estate Agent must be licensed in Florida.

The Seller’s Specialist Will:

  • Write listings
  • Manage MLS listing
  • Handle large quantities of paperwork with ease and efficiency
  • Manage offers from listings
  • Manage Title expectations for closings
  • Prepare disclosure packages
  • Explain and Convey Pricing Strategies with sellers
  • Identify overpriced listings, pull comps & convey market data to sellers

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed Florida Real Estate Agent
  • At least 4+ years’ experience representing sellers
  • Tech Savvy
  • Service-oriented attitude with a client first focus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work productively within a team environment
  • High ethical standards
  • Successfully closed residential sales are a must
  • Proficiency with Google suite of products (docs, sheets, slides)
  • Available to work with a flex schedule. Home Bay operates within fluidity of real estate hours
  • Salesforce experience preferred

Compensation: $40k Base salary + Bonus with the expectation that total compensation for the right person will exceed $70k. Benefits include health, dental, and vision.
