- Showing Assistant Job Duties & Responsibilities (You do not have to have your real estate license).
- Professional dress and attitude a must, with friendly personality.
- Show home to prospective home buyer clients. Manage open houses (planning on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 1-4).Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients and attend all showings.
- Refine buyers’ criteria collect feedback.
- Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors.
- Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting & etc.
- Promptly communicate all buyers questions to managers.
- Gather and answer buyer questions about potential homes and local community information.
- Provide buyer clients pricing information and market research.
- Regularly assure buyer clients that the owner is involved & informed
- Keep managers informed on all client communications, copy on all communications.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Commission
Salary: $10.00 to $15.00 /hour
