Job Overview
This position is for the licensed agent with a minimum of one year of experience in the field and who has closed a minimum of 3 transactions. You truly enjoy working with customers and clients to find them the home they love and want a flexible schedule but don’t want to get bogged down in the more tedious tasks of negotiations and paperwork.
Responsibilities:
- Active real estate salesperson license and local real estate board and MLS membership.
- Resident of Nassau or Suffolk County – less than a half hour from Hicksville.
- One year of real estate sales experience with a minimum of 3 closed transactions.
- Competency in gathering relevant information from customers
- Good data entry skills, spelling and grammar and be conscientious about updating customer database records
- Proficient on MLS software, Microsoft office, Word, Excel and CRM database management.
- Independent Contractor – works outside of office.
