| Real Estate Specialist
Qualifications Must be able to pass drug test Must be able to pass Level One background check Must be able to pass Level Two background check We are looking for someone to assist us with our company’s real estate portfolio. The responsibilities of this position will include targeting properties for acquisition throughout the State of Florida, monitoring the closing process on those properties that we are buying, assisting in the interior and exterior design of the property, working with local planning and zoning boards on buildout approvals, collaborating with and overseeing all contractors and vendors that are working on all of the company’s real estate projects, and ensuring that the company’s completion timetable remains on schedule. The Associate will need to be able to create and build exceptional relationships with all professionals engaged in the process. It is expected that the Associate will be very professional, have good communication skills, be highly organized, and able to work both independently as well as within a team environment. The Associate should have strong PC skills particularly with the Microsoft Office suite of products. A college degree is required preferably in Architecture, Interior Design or Real Estate. This position will require driving to various locations around Florida so the candidate will need a driver’s license, a dependable car, and automobile insurance.
