Responsibilities:
- Reviewing all related documents to ensure clearance to close
- Preparing HUD and required closing documents
- Scheduling and coordinating closing with all parties
- Maintaining ongoing communication with clients throughout the closing process
- Advising customers of defects and requirements for issuing title insurance and assist in clearing stated defects
- Maintaining a working knowledge of all current title laws, procedures and compliance as related to closing documents, and ability to comprehensively explain all documents, closing statements and title related documents
- Performing administrative duties based upon the need of the office
- Coordinating the day-to-day operations of all closings for all volume assigned to candidate
- Ensure title is accurately received from processors and provide prompt, accurate and thorough closing process
Key Result Areas:
- Ensure business unit maintains 90% or above compliance with all Service Level Agreements
- Ensure business unit maintains 90% or above score for Quality Assurance
- Develop ability to maximize closings completed per month within 60 days of hire
Job Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate shall have a minimum three-five years of experience in a high volume closing environment
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of the usage of technology to drive superior vendor and operational performance
- Perform all necessary tasks proficiently from contract to policy
- Production experience utilizing SoftPro is preferred
