Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing all related documents to ensure clearance to close
  • Preparing HUD and required closing documents
  • Scheduling and coordinating closing with all parties
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with clients throughout the closing process
  • Advising customers of defects and requirements for issuing title insurance and assist in clearing stated defects
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of all current title laws, procedures and compliance as related to closing documents, and ability to comprehensively explain all documents, closing statements and title related documents
  • Performing administrative duties based upon the need of the office
  • Coordinating the day-to-day operations of all closings for all volume assigned to candidate
  • Ensure title is accurately received from processors and provide prompt, accurate and thorough closing process

Key Result Areas:

  • Ensure business unit maintains 90% or above compliance with all Service Level Agreements
  • Ensure business unit maintains 90% or above score for Quality Assurance
  • Develop ability to maximize closings completed per month within 60 days of hire

Job Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate shall have a minimum three-five years of experience in a high volume closing environment
  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of the usage of technology to drive superior vendor and operational performance
  • Perform all necessary tasks proficiently from contract to policy
  • Production experience utilizing SoftPro is preferred
