Looking for an experienced Real Estate Title Closer with at least 2 years closing experience for a growing, fast paced Title Company. A team player with emphasis on amazing customer service to our valuable clients. Someone who is detail oriented with ability to multi-task. Someone who is an independent worker and also works well as a team. We offer a fun team environment. Communication is the key to our success!
Responsibilities
- Handling file from contract to funding
- Clear outstanding title requirements
- Prepare Closing Disclosure/client documents
- Fund documents in a timely manner
- Communication with all parties on each file
- Conducts closings with ability to explain documents to buyers and sellers
- Closers Choice software is a plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
