Downtown St. Petersburg law firm seeks a part-time real estate Title Closer/Paralegal, 25 hours per week. Must have at least 2 years title closing experience and be familiar with Closers Choice software. Duties include the preparation of closing statements, ordering title and lien searches, surveys, payoffs, and Estoppels; clearing title issues, scheduling and conducting closings, and post-closing wrap-up. Must be able to communicate with realtors and lenders. Must be a detailed-oriented self-starter, with strong follow up and organizational skills.
Either Independent Contractor 1099 position, or salaried position are options.
