Real Estate Title Closers, Processors, and Customer Service Representatives – Florida Agency Network (Tampa Bay)

The Florida Agency Network (FAN) is a network of independent title agencies that have formed a strategic alliance to provide shared back office services, pooled resources, and greater geographic coverage throughout the State of Florida. Job Requirements:

• Maintain a professional demeanor and high level of customer service always
• Be self-motivated
• For CSR’s: 1-2 year’s customer service experience; 1-2 years’ experience handling high-volume phone systems; 1-2 years in an office setting
• For Processors: 2-3 years’ experience in title insurance and processing procedures
• For Closers: 2-3 years’ experience in title insurance, processing, and closing procedures
• Proficient in MS Office and preferably SoftPro for Closers and Processors
• Be career minded
• Have an outgoing personality
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Be Punctual
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
• Ability to work in stressful, high pressure situations
• Ability to type 40-50 WPM
• Attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Team Player
• Florida Notary is a plus
• Real Estate Title Insurance License is preferred
