Full Job Description

Small Boutique Real Estate Law office in Chapel Hill looking for Title Abstractor to start ASAP. Direct-hire opportunity, $45,000.00 M-F 8am-5pm with flex Mondays.

Responsibilities:

  • Title searching online and onsite to acquire, examine, and verify title information
  • Set up files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Communication with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Lenders and clients

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in title examination and abstraction
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Follow-up and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
