US Mortgage is currently seeking a Title Reviewer to join our team!
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifies and evaluates title commitments to identify any flaws and/or issues
- Request corrections from the settlement agent
- Upload and review corrections once received
- Identify conditions are met to clear title
- Keep track of personal title reports
- Must meet company and client deadlines
- Must be team oriented
- Follow up on title review status as needed
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Two to three years previous experience in reading title work required
- High degree of independence and self-motivation
- Attention to detail, and analytical thinking
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high level of accuracy and quality
- Works well under pressure
- Experience with Encompass LOS a plus
- Ability to get along with difficult sales people
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Experience as a Closing Coordinator a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
