Full Job Description
FLORIDA FIDELITY TITLE & ESCROW LLC seeks a dependable, professional, and outgoing licensed title agent to open, process, and close files for Florida residential and commercial real estate closings. Must be a self-starter able to quickly build a fundamental knowledge of the organization and our systems and policies. Strong sense of customer service, keen sense of urgency, and high energy is required for this position. We have an opening in Palm Beach Gardens, Ft. Myers, and Tampa.
Our title agents understand the importance of one’s role in the functioning of the company and the potential impact one’s performance can have on the success of the organization. S/he must be customer-focused and must take initiative to attain company goals outlined by management. This individual must be a critical thinker and pay close attention to detail to ensure all company policies and procedures are followed in accordance with industry best practices and the law. Being a respectful team player is necessary as this position deals with all aspects of the closing process included but not limited to dealing with realtors, lenders, underwriters, attorneys, support staff, experienced real estate investors, and members of the general public who are buying or selling real estate.

Requirements:
- licensed Florida Notary Public
- 3+ years recent experience processing or closing real estate transactions for a Florida Title Company or law firm
Preferences (will increase your chances for being considered for the position):
- experience with Qualia, or other cloud-based closing software
- licensed Florida Resident Title Insurance Agent in good standing
- bilingual in Spanish and english
May need to work past 5:30 pm on days the company has closings and certain duties must be fulfilled prior to the following day but if you have been in the business for any extended period you already know this.
Starting pay and bonus is based on proven track record and more than 3 years experience working for a Florida title company or real estate law firm handling an average of 20+ closings per month.
