Well established Title Company is seeking a Title Processor/Closer. This a permanent Direct Hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Open file
Contact all parties involved in the Real Estate transaction to gather information and documents (Buyers, Seller, Realtors and Lenders)
Order Payoffs
Order Lien Searches
Order Title
Copy, Scan and file
Assist in clearing title defects such as liens and judgments.
Prepare Closing Disclosures
Assist in Funding/Post Closing duties
Close at the table when necessary
