Workway is a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. We are looking for a Title Processor/Closer responsible for communicating with realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers and clients to ensure smooth and accurate transactions.
Your specific duties will include:
- Processing from the entering of the initial order to clearing of title conditions, issuing Title policy, prepare the Closing Disclosures and Post Closing.
- Reviewing and clearing liens, judgments and other requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions for compliance status.
- Ordering, reviewing and disclosing matters on surveys, pest inspections, insurance certificates, sales contracts etc.
- Maintain, establish and build relationships with Realtors, Lenders and business partners.
- Close at the table when necessary.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- 3+ years’ experience in a Processor/Closer role
- Ability to closer at the table
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines, demonstrate strong follow through, and to follow procedures
