REAL ESTATE TITLE SETTLEMENT PROCESSOR
Experienced and highly efficient real estate processor needed for a busy and growing title company in Pinellas County. We are looking for a reliable, customer service oriented, detail focused individual to join our growing team of experienced title closing agents.
The candidate we are looking for will possess the following qualities required for our continued long-term success:

- Prioritization while multi-tasking in busy office
- Adaptability to new technology and multiple data systems
- Diligent mindset, resourceful
- Understands the importance of and has an eye for the details
- Proficient key in accuracy
- Willingness to learn more and grow with a team of vetted, supportive, staff members and management
This candidate will have the following industry experience:
- Knowledge of real estate contracts and time-line requirements, industry forms common to the state of Florida, mortgage payoff, estoppel and survey review
- Ability to determine applicable order requirements specific to each transaction early in the contract stages, ie; timely title search/commitment/lien permit requests, prior owner’s title policy, surveys, trust copies, etc
- ALTA / CD preparation from open to closing, balancing funding requirements with lender, basic document preparation, funding authorization review/submittal.
- Basic knowledge of recording requirements, Simplifile experience a plus
- Experience with Qualia title software is a plus

- Notary Public Certificate Required or application must be made within 30 days
- Title Agent License is not a requirement
