Transaction Coordinator Duties
Oversee and owning all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing
Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc
Prepare all listing materials
Schedule and prep agents for showings
Prepare paperwork, Schedule & coordinate closing process
Work directly with vendors in a timely fashion
Errands related to transactions
Experience with some marketing (social media, print, etc)
**Additional duties to be agreed upon that include assisting principal agents
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Google Drive/Sheets/Docs preferred.
MUST hold a Florida Real Estate license.
