The Duncan Duo has an immediate opening for a full-time transaction coordinator (40hr/week M – F, occasional OT and weekends) to join our fast paced world class real estate team, ranked #1 in real estate sales in Tampa Bay for the entire year, in the top 5 for REMAX internationally.
Total compensation for the first year will include bonuses and salary as well as 401k, medical and dental insurance.

Compensation:
$15+ per hour plus bonuses
Responsibilities:
Desired candidate must be ethical, hard-working, honest, willing to learn and listen. He or she must also be coachable, a team player, have a phenomenally positive attitude and energy, be a good problem solver and be tech-savvy.
Some tasks required for this team member:
- With great detail manage the contract to close process
- Coordinate repairs with agents and home buyers/sellers
- Complete contract packages and disclosures
- Organize documents
- Effective communication with customers and agents
- Coordinate with home sellers, appraisers, inspectors
Qualifications:
- We need someone who does not miss a detail and can execute tasks efficiently and quickly with high accuracy
