Full Job Description
Real Estate Transaction Coordinator
Our company is currently seeking an In-House Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our RCR family! You will be responsible for assisting multiple real estate professionals affiliated with our office on their listing and buying transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Attend Weekly Team Meetings (at different Site)
- Deliver an enhanced customer experience, while maintaining a focused attention to detail
- Maintain paperless transaction management for each agent customer
- Ensure all documents are completed, collected, signed, and in compliance with RCR Policy
- Communicate with all parties involved to meet required deadlines
- Coordinate closing time/date/location and all-inclusive documentation, activities and scheduling with mortgage, title, and other involved parties, as needed
- Perform data entry and other administrative duties for RCR, as needed
Qualifications:
- Florida Licensed Real Estate Agent
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with Stellar MLS
Important Character Traits & Skills:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Tools/Products, Data-Entry, Detail Oriented, Organized, Personable, Great Communicator, Independent and also works well with Team.

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
