Real Estate Transaction Coordinator/ Client Care Specialist / Executive Assistant

We are looking for an exceptional individual to provide support to our team and clients. The position requires that you are highly organized, juggle many tasks at once, and not easily overwhelmed. This will be the most challenging and rewarding work you have ever had.

The Executive Assistant is an individual who relishes the opportunity to implement and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision. In addition to having or gaining the entire skill set of an accomplished Real Estate professional, you will help drive a small company.   • Applicants with experience with previous real estate transaction coordination experience are preferred.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing of all contracts through closing and guiding clients through the Real Estate process
  • Assisting in planning and executing client and team events
  • Establishing an effective line of communication between Agents and Clients
  • Assures that all post-closing disbursements, filing and procedures take place
  • Keeping the entire team updated on the process of all contracts and advising team members of efforts to problem solve and keep transactions on track to closing
  • Maintaining all vendor and service provider files
  • Working with the customer database to increase referrals and reviews

Qualifications:

  • Able to work with transaction management software. Such as appointment scheduling, contract management, critical date alerts, CRM, document templates, file sharing, task management, and transaction review.
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, and google documents.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
  • Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly
  • Deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • Continue to maintain the goodwill and reputation of the entire team.

Pay: Competitive pay, profit share, and bonus structure.
