Do you know many Realtors? We are looking for an “Account Executive – Realtor Assistant” with established relationships to real estate agents.
The guaranteed monthly salary is $1,500 PLUS BONUSES = $2,500 to $5,000 EVERY MONTH.
To succeed in this position YOU MUST LOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is a Monday to Friday office position. You have a desk, computer, and phone. You make daily phone calls to Realtors, developing relationships and earning their referrals.
This is not a sprint but a marathon. It may take 1-2 months to get you up to speed but once you’re working referrals and connecting with Realtors you should expect to secure 15 to 30 pre-approvals every month at $100+ each… do the math!
If “you never met a stranger”, have a lively personality, and love building genuine rapport with others then you can make $50,000+.

1) Sales Experience (telemarketing, business development, origination, etc)
2) Excellent Customer Service – Must Love Helping Customers.
3) Computer Literate
4) Reliable Car and Mobile Phone
5) Must be comfortable in an office environment Monday to Friday, 40 hours weekly.
6) Must Pass Criminal Background Check. No Felonies.
7) Personality is Key! You must be a dynamic salesperson with genuine optimism.
