Our Realtor Concierge team is building a reputation for best-in-class customer service during the title and escrow phase of the home closing process, and we’re adding team members who are excited about innovating on an antiquated process, who love solving problems, keeping processes on track, and most importantly, engaging with customers as they navigate their home buying or selling milestones. Your day-to-day:

  • Professionally field a high volume of inbound customer support calls and tickets, including via phone, text, email and other mediums
  • Ensure timely, consistent and transparent communication with clients throughout the home closing process
  • Collaborate closely with closing teams, process operations teams, and sales teams to ensure seamless closing processes and high levels of client satisfaction
  • Iterate on current processes to continuously improve our internal operations and create even more impactful customer interactions
  • Model the Core Values of Modus through appropriate actions and behaviors

Experience you bring:

  • Customer service: you’ve had the chance to interact with customers in a professional setting before: retail, food service, call centers … it all counts!
  • Stellar communication skills: you’ll be communicating verbally and in writing, internally and externally, and professionalism is mandatory
  • A great attitude: your team members and your clients are counting on you to stay calm under pressure and keep rolling with the punches
  • Problem solving skills: you’ll need to figure some things out on the fly, so the ability to break down a problem and solve it quickly will help you succeed
  • Bilingual skills: you speak both English and Spanish fluently (required)
  • Education: a high school diploma or equivalent, or higher education
