REAL ESTATE AGENT/SALES ASSOCIATE (Tampa, FL)

Looking for a well–‐‑rounded Real Estate Agent or Sales Associate to add to our growing company.

Our Company is 12 years in operation and growing annually. We are seeking upbeat,

friendly, hard working individuals to join our team! Realtor experiences and references not necessary, but highly important. Must be current active licensed. If not, must be in the process of acquiring, to be finished in the next 3 months.

  • You are comfortable with systems & technology: The MLS and other software is

run online & through telephone. Nearly everything we put in place utilizes

some type of software program or web based system. You don’t have to be a

web technician (we certainly are not), but you do need to have fluency with

technology and feel comfortable learning new platforms if necessary.

  • You Reliable & Accountable –‐‑ contribute positively to the energy of our

team: You are fun loving and upbeat, someone who sincerely makes a

conscious effort to contribute to the well being of the team. You are reliable,

accountable and fully “on board”. You bring great energy and enthusiasm to

each day and have a genuine desire to help others.

Hours: Approx 45-50 hrs per week. As you may well know, a Realtor doesn’t have set times, so flexibility and work ethic are key. We are looking mainly for full time individuals, but some part time would be considered if you have the volume to make up for it.

Compensation: Full Commission with sliding scale

Main tasks:

Listing homes

Selling homes

Customer service (Basis of a Realtor)

Showings scheduling & maintaining – over the phone & online

Correspondence – through phone, email & social media accounts

Maintaining your Calendar & Schedule

Updating social media and website

  • Someone who does not possess administrative skills/experience, someone who struggles

with typing

  • Someone who lacks patience and the ability to laugh when things get tough
