We are looking for an Office Assistant for our Real Estate Brokerage. This position does not require experience, but does require a fast learner with a technical mind. You are required to have your own vehicle with a valid license as some driving will be occasionally required. You will also have to be technically proficient and trustworthy, as you will be answering calls and managing data in many programs. This position will begin with part-time, quickly growing to full time. The more flexible your schedule, the more hours you will get.

Skills: Fast Learner, Organization, Excel, Word, Computer Literate, Phone Skills, Professionalism. You will be maintaining numerous social accounts as well as the business webpage. Knowledge in marketing and/or design is a plus.
Duties: Operating and Updating CRM software, E-Mailing & Creating Documents, Phone Calls, Appointment Setting, Updating Webpage and Social Media, Maintaining relationships with focus on follow-ups.
Other similar skills and duties will be expected.
