Carrington Place of St. Pete
Key Responsibilities include:
- Promptly and warmly meet, greet and answer phone calls and directing the customer to the appropriate representative or department.
- Conduct facility tours for inquiring customers as needed.
- Distribute mail (interoffice, courier and regular mail) and coordinate courier pick ups.
- Provides excellent customer service and general support to our facility.
- Conducts and assists with general office work.
- Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word. Must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and have strong organizational skills.
Educational Requirements:
- High school or Equivalent
Position Requirements:
- Professional, friendly, dependable and punctual individuals.
- Candidates for this position will possess exemplary customer service and organizational skills.
- Long term care experience preferred but not necessary
This position is for weekends 8:00am – 5pm
