A Clearwater based equipment leasing and financial services firm is seeking a positive, motivated, self-starter to join our Team as a Receptionist.
The Receptionist is the initial contact and therefore establishes the first impression of our company. The individual must present a courteous, helpful, pleasant and professional demeanor at all times.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate, address and accurately route calls as they are received
- Checks on roll-call of all associates for attendance
- Retrieve daily voicemail from general voicemail box and forward as needed
- Greets guests, explaining the Visitor process, assigns temporary parking passes and ensures they are tended to in a timely fashion
- Sign for all packages and coordinate to review and deliver them
- Occasional administrative duties as assigned by different departments
- Reserves conference room for meetings as well as keeping it stocked with supplies
- Keeps kitchen area tidy as well as stocked with supplies as needed
- Weekly inventory of all common areas (kitchen, copy paper, etc.) as well as preparing list of items needed for any building issues
- Participate in non-time sensitive projects from various departments
- Monthly mailings
- Update company telephone list as needed
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Comparable work experience. Associate Degree a plus but not required
- Front Desk/Receptionist experience minimum of 2 years with VOIP multi-line phone system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask with high efficiency
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); Minimum of 45 wpm and proficiency in 10-key helpful
- Experience in PowerPoint and Outlook a plus
- Strong customer service skills required; positive, pleasant attitude

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
