Responsibilities

  • Welcome all Members and Guests as they enter the Club in a positive and professional manner.
  • Professionally answer the Clubs main phone line and transfer calls to necessary departments.
  • Take reservations, and coordinate dining floor plans as necessary.
  • Direct members and Club guests to various locations within the clubhouse.
  • Answer frequently asked questions regarding the Clubs day to day operations.
  • Administrative Assistant to the General Manager
  • Assist business office with projects as needed.
  • Maintain Club marketing/promotional literature.
  • Responsible for ordering office supplies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient Computer skills (Word, Publisher, Excel, Social Media)
  • Familiarity with EZSuites software a plus
  • Problem solving skills
  • Customer service experience (Minimum of 2 years)
  • Food & Beverage knowledge
  • Golf or Private Club Experience
