Responsibilities
- Welcome all Members and Guests as they enter the Club in a positive and professional manner.
- Professionally answer the Clubs main phone line and transfer calls to necessary departments.
- Take reservations, and coordinate dining floor plans as necessary.
- Direct members and Club guests to various locations within the clubhouse.
- Answer frequently asked questions regarding the Clubs day to day operations.
- Administrative Assistant to the General Manager
- Assist business office with projects as needed.
- Maintain Club marketing/promotional literature.
- Responsible for ordering office supplies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Proficient Computer skills (Word, Publisher, Excel, Social Media)
- Familiarity with EZSuites software a plus
- Problem solving skills
- Customer service experience (Minimum of 2 years)
- Food & Beverage knowledge
- Golf or Private Club Experience
