About EquiAlt, LLC:
EquiAlt is a specialized investment management firm that acquires and manages opportunistic and distressed real estate assets, offers lending opportunities and establishes private equity ventures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone no later than the second ring and give information to callers, take detailed messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Keep current phone roster.
- Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person according to their needs.
- Act as a customer service representative and liaison between EquiAlt agents and clients, prospects.
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
- Generate mailings as requested by managers to clients or tenants.
- Complete other assigned tasks and assists with special projects as needed.
- Assist with maintaining compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances by abiding EquiAlt protocols.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience is required. Real Estate, Mortgage, or Title experience is preferred.
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
