Overview:The Tampa office is currently seeking a Receptionist who will be responsible for providing professional, high quality service to clients, visitors and colleagues. The ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonal skills, has impeccable customer service skills, superior computer skills and enjoys meeting, greeting and assisting clients, visitors and colleagues. Must have a calm, methodical approach when working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple requests.Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and appropriately to requests from callers, guests, clients and colleagues
- Coordinating and managing activities in the conference center
- Coordinating menus and ordering food for clients, business meeting and all social events
- Guest office reservations
- Entering vendor invoices into accounting system
- Parking validations
- Certified mailings
- Scanning
- Maintain internal intranet for office
- Assisting with other projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of customer service or administrative experience required; prior law firm or professional services experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Highly organized
- Proactive and result-oriented
- Skilled in coordinating and managing multiple projects/assignments/priorities simultaneously with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work effectively within a team environment
