Maintenance Company with multiple divisions and Property Management Company looking for a receptionist/adm assistant for multiple companies. Person needs to have temperament to handle phone calls, be extremely friendly, customer service orientated, organized to a fault, computer literate, skilled in microsoft applications.
Knowledge of Real Estate and Construction a plus but not necessary
