Full Job Description
Real estate license not required. Immediate position available for a full-time receptionist / administrative assistant at an established New Tampa real estate brokerage. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task and coordinate phones, in person greeting of guests, and maintaining a clean and hospitable office environment. Position will be Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 5:00.
Excellent on the job experience with on-site training and development opportunities for general administrative position and to learn all about the real estate process at a busy and growing office with 80+ agents.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Friendly, professional demeanor in person and over the phone/e-mail
Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Greeting guests and preparing conference rooms for closings and meetings
- Administrative responsibilities, such as coordinating and printing mailings, maintaining a sales board, and general light clerical and marketing work
- Maintaining office in good and clean working order, including daily tidying up, managing inventory levels of supplies, and opening/closing procedure checklists

Pay: $13.00 – $14.00 per hour
