We are seeking a part-time Receptionist Administrative Assistant to join our team this tax season (seasonal to possible permanent)! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Job duties to include but not limited to: Answer phone, greet clients, shred, scan client documents, support accounting staff, order supplies, make clients comfortable, client correspondence, billing, social media management, possibly room for growth in accounting and tax. Familiarity with Word, Excel, and QuickBooks Online and desktop would be preferable. Ideal candidate is non smoker, efficient, detail oriented, fast learning, pleasant, eager to learn, dedicated. all submissions are confidential.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
