POSITION SUMMARY:

The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will provide support to The Sports Facilities Companies home office. This position will be coordinate and perform a variety of administrative and support tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Ordering office and kitchen supplies, maintaining cleanliness of all office areas including reception area
  • Preparing shipping packages for our venues and home office, sorting and dispersing mail
  • Maintaining meeting rooms and their schedules
  • Answer, screening forwarding incoming phone calls, greeting and directing visitors/clients
  • Maintain and update various informational resources for SFC
  • Greet visitors/clients to the office and on the phone in a positive warm and welcoming professional manner
  • Primary point of contact for all office activity and direction regarding office supplies and equipment
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

  • Customer service focused attitude
  • Highly professional, organized and detail oriented
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Solutions oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to take ownership of special projects and tasks with little supervision

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:

  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 lbs. infrequently
  • Limited exposure to physical risk
  • Limited physical effort required
  • Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment
