We seek a diligent person to assist in our busy front office. We are looking for someone who can work full time up to 30-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities will include:
- Checking in clients
- Taking co-pays
- Entering/updating client information into our database
- Scheduling/rescheduling appointments
- Answering phones
- Tracking documentation
- Scanning/filing
- Special projects (as needed)
Qualified candidates must:
- Be familiar with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Be organized and highly detail-oriented
- Excel at multi-tasking and working accurately at a fast pace
- Have a professional and pleasant demeanor and strong customer service skills
- Be reliable and dependable in terms of punctuality and attendance
