We are looking for a special person who enjoys working in a small company atmosphere with a smoke free environment. We have a close-knit team with “Positive Energy” and want to expand our Team by adding another incredible “Team Player”.

This position has two sets of responsibilities…front desk Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to our Property Manager. There is room for advancement from this position into a Property Management position, which will require a Florida Real Estate License. If you currently have your real estate license, this would definitely be a plus; however, not a requirement. For the right candidate, we will pay for your education and help you to acquire your license within the first year you are on our team.

Your skill set should have the following:

1) Good people/communication skills & professional phone etiquette.

2) Ability to think and work independently

3) Good computer skills including “Excel” and/or ability to learn new software quickly

4) Decision making skills

5) Organizational skills – including management of filing systems

6) Creative Marketing skills

7) Ability to handle “stressful situations” in a positive way

8) Glass is “Half Full” attitude
