We are a growing company seeking a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced fun environment. Although this position is a part-time position, it could very quickly blossom into a full-time position for the right individual. The hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am-1:00pm however there is flexibility in the schedule for the right individual.
Duties of this position include:
- Answering a multi-line phone system
- Direct Communication with Homeowners and Vendors
- Assist Manager in all issues pertinent to everyday function of the office
- Emailing, scanning, faxing, filing, answering phones and general office support
- Work with directly with the Manager and the Board of Directors
- Take homeowner’s payments for COA and enter info into the system
- General Data Entry
Candidate should possess:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent computer skills and well versed in all Microsoft products is mandatory
- Strong typing skills required
- Minimum of two years work experience as Assistant preferred
- Some college preferred however High School Graduate is mandatory
- Valid Drivers License
- Professional Demeanor and Attitude
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test prior to hire
