Excellent opportunity for organized person with a positive “can do” attitude! We are seeking the “DIRECTOR OF FIRST IMPRESSIONS” for our office.

  • Responsible for completing receptionist and general administrative duties efficiently and effectively while acting as a company liaison, reflecting the culture and customer service attitude of the company to agents, clients, callers, and guests.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to interact with all levels of personnel and guests are required.
  • Responsible for immediately greeting agents and guests, answering the telephone, answering inquires, and providing the service that agents and guests expect. Provide the Ritz Carlton standard of service.
  • Must be proficient and experienced in Microsoft applications such as Google products, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher. Mail merge, envelopes, flyers in Word and Publisher are a regular part of this position.
  • Reliable transportation and valid Drivers license required to travel between offices as needed.

Professional, non-smoking and non-fragrance environment. Professional business attire required.
