PI Law Firm needs Full-time Bilingual (Spanish) legal receptionist-assistant. Speaking Spanish is a major component for this position. This is a very busy switchboard. Candidate must provide general support to the office, answer and route calls. Must be self-motivated, be able to work independently, have strong customer service skills, is detail oriented, and has verbal skills. Applicants will not be considered without a resume. All applicants will receive a background check.
Monday – Friday 8:30-5:30pm.
This person must be able to multi-task and have an exceptional rapport with clients. Customer satisfaction is a priority for us. Prior PI Legal experience preferred but not required. Looking for someone with a steady work history and must have a professional appearance, wardrobe and demeanor.

The Client Liaison/Receptionist
is responsible for maintaining an excellent experience for employees and guests when they call or arrive face-to-face.
Will assist the Paralegals and legal assistant answering client questions, setting appointments and a myriad of other duties as needed.

Must be smart, sharp and able to switch gears quickly.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provide all employees and guests with excellent customer service during every interaction whether in person or via the telephone
•Greets incoming guests in a friendly and positive way. Quickly notifies the person being visited, and escorts them to conference room where their meeting is being held
• Handle all outgoing mail and deliveries
•Answer incoming calls, within 3 rings or less, positively and warmly
•Accurately directs caller to the appropriate people courteously and professionally
•Provide administrative support to various departments, as needed or assigned
•Perform any reasonable actions and tasks that will ensure for a positive experience

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
•Ability to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
•Ability to operate standard office equipment, including fax machine, copier, telephone, etc.
•Understand and can perform basic office-practice skills, including filing, typing, processing, and sorting functions
•Ability to be flexible, adapt and respond to change, make decisions within scope of position, prioritize tasks and projects
•Ability to analyze, solve and respond to problems or concerns
•Can carry out detailed written and/or verbal instructions
•Must enjoy working with people, assisting people, and making their day
