CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises (#1 Century 21 in Florida) is hiring for a combined position of listing coordinator and front desk receptionist for our busy South Tampa office. Not a typical receptionist position as there are no phones to answer; tasked with more administrative type duties like opening the office and greeting visitors.
Real Estate experience preferred but not required.
As the listing coordinator, you will be tasked with data entry in the form of entering and maintaining listings into the proper databases. The Listing Coordinator is deeply committed to completing tasks correctly with a high degree of quality within a timely manner.
The company uses an interactive, collaborative file management platform called Dotloop that allows agents to work electronically and submit paperwork digitally. Strong computer skills are a must as well as serving as a resource to agents with questions. Also tasked with office administrative duties.
Must either be a notary or willing to get your notary license. Must have reliable transportation.
