JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and direct all external and internal calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist guests
- Ensure all visitors and guests sign in
- Pick up and drop off US mail, including prepare USPS or FedEx shipments
- Deliver packages received to staff as necessary
- Submit and manage maintenance requests with property management
- Provide hospitality services for conference room meeting setup (ordering food, room prep, etc.)
- Provide office support services to Administrative staff
- Maintain, stock and order office supply and break room inventory
- Maintain contacts on office database
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment such as copier and printers
- Provide support on projects, as needed
- Other duties when assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of experience as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant or office support
- Technical Proficiency which includes Multiple line phone system, Copiers, Printers
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong phone skills, both for incoming calls as well as external calls with vendors
- Professional demeanor, appearance and attitude
- Attention to detail
- Effective and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Strong initiative
- Team player, that works well with the entire group
- Efficient worker with good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing demands while being adaptable and flexible

Prior experience working multi-line phone system
Must have experience with the following programs: Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Data Entry.
Prior reception/administrative experience of 2 years is required.
